Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to support our Hong Kong customers. Your main responsibility is to handle inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls, chats, or emails from Hong Kong customers.Provide clear and polite assistance for inquiries, requests, or basic troubleshooting.Record customer details and follow internal procedures.Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues when needed.Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and helpful service.RequirementsMust speak Cantonese fluently (reading & writing in Traditional Chinese is a plus).Good communication skills in English.Pleasant, patient, and customer-first attitude.Able to work onsite and follow scheduled shift hours.Fresh graduates are welcome — training is provided.Experience in customer service or call center support.Familiarity with Hong Kong cultural/communication style.
