Your main missionsIn this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:Orchestrate the communication, day to day business, exception management with Customer regarding SC topics (Forecast, orders, deliveries, deadlines, priorities, etc.).Ensuring collaboration of the customers' order in the relevant systems within agreed way of working.Following processing of requirements and deviations reported by the customer and their follow-up (proof of delivery, NC processing status, missing part communication, etc.)Communication of changes in requirements and customer priorities with control for ensuring delivery commitments. Recording / reporting of project risks and overall escalations,Ensuring internal coordination of reliable statements to customers with appropriate control and checks.Early detection and escalation of risks in the organization.Assist in the processing of measures to address disruption and potential risks.Maintenance of key figures for the SCM area (D1, claim management, customer satisfaction, response time, etc.)Participating in internal/external escalation meetings, including pre & follow-up of necessary informationEnsuring implementation of projects to optimize working methods and processes with the interfaces after consultation with the superiors Your profileBS degree or equivalent education from relevant Engineering departments of universities,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,Strong drive for achievement, analytical thinking ability and problem-solving skills Can work well with many internal and external interfaces,Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude,Has advanced level of English (to communicate with suppliers)Excellent command of MS Office applications.
