If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile...every single day.Location: Agadir / Morocco Responsibilities: Regularly visits stores in order to identify areas of improvementCoaches & gives direction to in-store staff (merchandisers) and ensures that they are trained and updated on new products, promotions and merchandising objectives.Identifies training needs and develops training plans with the CDTL.Works with the CD Team and RM to develop tools, merchandising materials and in-store programs for effective shelf management to induce shoppers to purchase Colgate products at shelf.Supervises & Analyzes the consistent and accurate collection of data to allow monitoring of 5P performance vs target.Clearly communicates in-store objectives and monitoring execution of 5P targets, product availability, assortment by store format, shelf pricing (regular and promoted) promotion implementation vs plan, share of shelf and planograms, POP placement vs plan.Resolves operational issues at regional offices or in-storeSeeks commitment to team agreement and demonstrates networking skills with other departments when completing projects.Identifies and mobilizes the resources needed for marketing plan development and execution.Supports estimates of brand sales and market shares upon which brand budgetsManages product portfolio/mix to increase profitability.Recommends business decisions to management to meet financial goals and improve profitability.Continually strives to meet all business and budgetary goals both annually and quarterly.Streamlines systems and processes, removing unnecessary tasks.Required Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree Preferably in Business Administration or relevant field.1-3 years experience Preferably in a multinational FMCG company.Fluent in English & Arabic & French.Business / Financial Analysis .Consumer & Shopper Understanding.Consumer Marketing Planning.Strategic & Creative Thinking.Colgate Palmolive is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
