You will be involved in the instructional design, the user training and the enablement operations for our clients and the users of the platform. You will plan the curriculum, design and deliver micro-learning educational content to frontline users, develop training for coaches and partners, and ensure internal onboarding managers are set up for success.🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alikeDesign Learning: Build scalable, mobile-first learning pathways for users, partners, and managersCreate Content: Produce videos, modules, playbooks, and manage knowledge systemsTrain & Enable: Lead onsite trainings, user research, and train-the-trainer programsCollaborate: Align with Product, Sales, and Success teams to support the customer journeyOptimize: Track metrics, analyze feedback, and continuously improve learning impact by iteration🤝 Your Skillset – What You Bring To The TableWillingness and ability to travel across Germany 4–6 times per month for customer trainings and field research3+ years of experience in instructional design, enablement, or learning experience designExpertise in microlearning, mobile-first learning, or adaptive learning strategiesStrong writing, structuring, and visual design skills for content creationComfortable collaborating across teams and taking ownership of end-to-end projects🎯 Our Success Mindset – How We Work At VoizeYou’re confident in German (C2 or above) and English (C1 or above), in order to deliver top-quality training both internally and externally.
