Roles & Responsibilities:Interact with Breadfast customers over the system, phone, and email messagesDetermine customer needs and provide appropriate solutionsEmpathize with and prioritize customer needsRespond to customer inquiries on Breadfast social media channelsReview customers’ feedback and order reviews daily and resolve any issues promptly.Periodically test Breadfast website and mobile app and provide feedbackDocument interactions with customers in the CRM system.Job RequirementsAbility to communicate correctly and clearly with customersExcellent documentation skills, documenting interactions with customers in the CRM systemGood comprehension skills, ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers presentGood composition skills, ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responseAbility to empathize with and prioritize customer needsDemonstrable interpersonal & conflict resolution, and negotiating skillsAbility to determine customer needs and provide an appropriate solutionEffective problem-solving skills: ability to approach problems logicallyStrong handling skillsAction, detail-oriented, and self-disciplinedV. Good spoken and written communication skills using both Arabic and English are a must
