Insurtech - Growth Start-up -Customer Service Manager - Customer Experience Manager - Health InsuranceDisrupt are currently sourcing for an experienced Customer Service/Customer Experience manager to join this scaling Insurtech.This role will require you to have the full indefinite right to work and remain in the UK and although predominantly a remote working role, you will need to be prepared to attend meetings in London so any applicants must live commutable to London.Looking for experience ideally from a start-up or tech innovation business as well as Insurance/Insurtech, Fintech and Customer related industries.This is a key role working within this exciting growth business. Will need to build a team over time but very much a hands on "doer" to start with and then will get to use managerial/leadership skills as the business an team grows.Looking for someone who is bigger than this initial role so you are able to manage and deliver the service and customer support and experience needed as the business scales at pace.Previous experience in and Insurtech would be desirable but not essential.Get in touch for more information.
