The ideal candidate is passionate about people, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how to deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the full client journey — from onboarding to after-sales support. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Design, and Finance) to ensure smooth project delivery. Collect feedback from clients and support continuous service improvements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-up.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or a similar field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
