These principles guide our team in developing and evolving together.As the Customer Lifecycle Management Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of Ajaib users across our super-app (Mutual Funds, Stocks, Bonds, US Stocks, Crypto, Futures, and Savings).Your mission is to drive activation, engagement, cross-sell, retention, referral, and win-back through data-driven lifecycle programs and continuous experimentation. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, BI, and Growth to deliver high-impact lifecycle journeys and run experiments at scale.Job DescriptionManage the end-to-end lifecycle across onboarding, activation, habit loops, referrals, churn prevention, and resurrectionBuild and execute data-driven CLM journeys across PN, Email, WhatsApp, and in-app surfacesOwn segmentation & persona journeys (e.g., investor vs trader)Design, launch, and measure A/B experiments to improve key funnel metricsCollaborate with Product and Data Science to build propensity, cross-sell, and churn modelsCreate playbooks and SOPs for lifecycle optimizationMonitor channel performance and ensure disciplined frequency, hygiene, and prioritizationTrack and report lifecycle ROI, payback period, and impact contribution to OKRsIdentify gaps in user journeys and propose high-impact lifecycle interventionsPartner with Growth Pods (Investments, Alpha, Money) to support product adoption and depthRequirements5-7 years of experience in CLM, Growth Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle OpsHands-on experience with lifecycle tools (CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, Mixpanel, or equivalent)Strong data and analytical skills (segmentation, funnel analysis, basic SQL)Proven experience designing & executing experiments (A/B/n, significance, uplift analysis)Experience building multi-step lifecycle journeys across channelsStrong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teamsOutcome-oriented, structured thinking, and comfort with fast iterationFintech or marketplace experience is a plus, but not requiredBenefitsAt Ajaib, we recognize how some of us can't fit into only one type of work arrangement.
