Core ResponsibilitiesOffice Support:Greeting visitors and acting as a receptionist.Assisting supervisors and staff with general tasks.Handling inventories and window displayOrganizing golf scheduleCorrespondence & CommunicationAnswering phones, taking messagesHandling and distributing incoming emailsDrafting and preparing formal documents and end of month reportsOrganizing transportation for clients with reception Administrative SystemsLiaising with clients, vendors, and external organizations.Maintaining confidential company documents and records.Operating POS and Office systems Key Skills And QualificationsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganization: Strong organizational and time management skillsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as familiarity with email and document managementAttention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in documents, reports and schedulingAdaptability: The ability to multitask and handle various duties assignedSpoken Language: English (Mandatory); Korean, Mandarin or French is a plus
