Team and investors are from Grain, Accenture, Microsoft, Udacity, McKinsey, Salesforce, Y Combinator and others.Read our hiring memo here.Role informationWe're creating a small pool we can call on to prep and install hardware at merchant sites, maintaining high standards in all interactions, and driving customer satisfaction and NPS up up upTeam: Customer OpsLocation: Singapore, in-personWorking hours: Part-time (contract); :20 hrs/week (varies by season); mostly office hoursPay: $15-20/hour (based on experience & reliability)What You'll DoFollow checklists to prepare and install hardware in Atlas office > then install/deliver to restaurants: Install printers, tablets, stands, kiosks, payment terminals, etcArrange the cables neatly, label the devices, run basic tests, capture photos, and get sign-offs from the onboarding teamDo a light back-office setup when needed (create brands, outlets, menus) for your favourite restaurants in AtlasReport issues fast; escalate when something blocks progress, track stock + place new re-stock orders, etcAny other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to timeRequirementsHands-on and detail-obsessed; follow checklists preciselyProven experience dealing with customersTech-savvy: pairing Bluetooth/Wi-Fi devices, scanning QR codes, basic network settingsReliable and punctualSpeaks and writes clearly and articulatelyComfortable working on-site in restaurants and lifting/positioning devices/standsAbility to handle ambiguityLives in Singapore and has a valid working passBonus: Proven track record in operations or customer-facing roles, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industryBenefitsWork with a fast-growing, at the same time, lean and mean team, to make real-world impactHave a lot of ownership and drive your own results and progressionSmart people who sweat the details and push for the highest standardsTraining and in-house opportunities to help you grow
