It’s how we show up for each other and our customers, human, thoughtful, respectful, and full of celebration for others.What You’ll DoDeliver Outstanding Customer Service – Spend the majority of your time on the phone, responding to inquiries and ensuring every interaction is positive, solutions-focused, and efficient.Support Parents & Schools – Help customers navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, empathetic guidance.Drive Customer Satisfaction – Handle account, order, and payment queries with accuracy and care, ensuring timely resolutions that make customers feel valued.Resolve & Escalate Issues – Liaise with canteens, parents, uniform shops, and event organisers to resolve service-related concerns, escalating technical issues as needed.Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure customer feedback drives service improvements.What We’re Looking For✅ Customer-Focused Mindset – You genuinely enjoy helping people and solving problems.✅ Excellent Phone Communication Skills – You love talking to people and making their day easier.✅ Calm & Empathetic Problem-Solver – You handle challenges with patience and confidence.✅ Strong Attention to Detail – You follow processes accurately and efficiently.✅ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable navigating online platforms and learning new tools.✨ Nice to Have (But Not Required!) – Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, or familiarity with Hubspot and SaaS platforms.
