Job DescriptionPlans, organizes, controls and executes a production schedule program coordination; Analyses inputs (e.g., capacity, cycle times, urgency of request, material availability, etc.) to help determine scheduleAnalyses internal impact (e.g., line scheduling, procurement, logistics, shipping, etc.) of customer schedulingManages issues associated with engineering changes to ensure minimal cost exposure, excess materials and risk to customer shipmentParticipates in the introduction of new products and supports transfer/de-transfer of existing products through planning and analysing of common and unique materials in support of project deadlinesCommunicates information on materials availability to support build plansProvides information to procurement on demand variancesDevelops and communicates short-and long-term commitments to customers to ship productsReviews and reports on aggregate levels of product inventory, inventory exposure, backlog, availability and on-time deliveryMonitor and report on important changes in customer forecasts in weekly basis.RequirementCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any Engineering course or Business Administration.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
