Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that projectgoals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possibleway within the scope of the contract.What you will do:Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plansand supervise all activitiesDrive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts and critical issuesHandle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust,ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer eventsHandle project finance: ensure financial system monitoringDevelop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meetingDevelop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideasTo be successful in the role you must have:Education: Bachelor's degree or above3 -5 Min years of experienceFinancial Acumen & Analysis SkillsBusiness UnderstandingConsultative Selling SkillsCustomer and Market InsightNegotiation, Persuading & influencing SkillsProject Management SkillsProficiency with the English and Japanese LanguageAdditional Requirements:PMI certifications - The CPM is encouraged to be certified on the job stage that she/he holdsProject sales processContract management3rd pp suppliers' management experienceWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
