Job DescriptionCustomer Project Management (CPM) ensures customer projects / programmes are delivered within agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Contains projects throughout all phases, starting from delivery approach identification to completion / care / operation. Comprises management of customer (and all stakeholder) relationships and expectations during the contract fulfilment as well as project team members / resources. Contains project risk management, and driving of improvement actions to secure project gross margin and upselling and cross-selling.How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Manage medium to high complexity customer projects/programs, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality targets Act as the main customer interface, handling communication, complaints, changes, and relationship management. Align project execution with Nokia Mode of Operation, Business Groups/ Business Units guidelines, and PM@Nokia methodology. Lead planning, change control, and execution across cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ). Oversee financials, forecasts, profitability, and ensures accurate project data and reporting. Participate in pre-sales, defines delivery approaches, and manages transitions from Sell to Execute and Delivery to Care. Customize operational processes as needed and ensures contract management is executed.
