Our leadership team fosters an environment of hands-on support, team collaboration, and inclusive competition to challenge one another to be their best.We enjoy working together in a high-pace, relentless, sales driven environment while also taking part in various social events like team lunches, team bonding activities, and happy-hours to celebrate team and individual success.Your new role:Develop relationships with key contactsProvide specialist advice, support and recommendations on specific market conditionsDevelop and evolve your account/portfolioMeet individual placement and fee targets and contribute to team targetsFacilitate end to end recruitment solutions from sourcing to placement and aftercare as per the SOP manualDemonstrate excellent partnering skills by questioning client to ascertain needs and present appropriate solutionsManage any escalations from the care teamEnsure data integrity is maintained by both Hays and client systems, update, maintainProven experience of engaging, collaborating and having a solid understanding of the demand (Clients, Candidates, Suppliers and Internal)Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to pivot and prioritize appropriatelyWhat you will have:2 years' experience in an MSP related role.Achievement focused, resilient, authentic & trustworthy.Organized, Self-motivated, self-reliant and takes initiative.Strong communication, able to overcome obstacles, prioritize and be a team player.Experience with VMS tools (Ex: Magnet, Fieldglass, Beeline).Strong experience in the SOW spaceWhat you will get:Traditionally the working hours are 8:30 to 18hrs, but we are flexible (we work only from Monday to Friday).Salary Range is 23,000 MXN – up to 35,000 MXN.Benefits: 30 days Xmas bonus, 25% vacation prime over 12 days of holidays (3 personal days in addition, birthday off),Medical Insurance (individual, plus partner and kids), dental insurance, visual insurance, Food vouchers $2,500 MXN, Home office voucher $600, plus Wellhub.What you need to do nowExcited yet?
