Our client is a global engineering company.ResponsibilitiesDevelop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards,Manage Quality control procedure on a day-to-day basis and serve as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution and continuous improvement,Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings,Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering,5+ years' relevant work experience,Highly organized with excellent attention to detail,Excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical skills and proactivity,Excellent communication skills both in English & Turkish.
