VPlus Education is regulated by the Indonesian government to ensure the safety and security of client funds and transactions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area, Indonesia for a Customer Relations Division. The Customer Relations Division will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support to clients. The officer will conduct regular follow-ups, analyze customer feedback, and work closely with other departments to resolve any customer issues.QualificationsInterpersonal Skills and Client RelationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Support skillsAnalytical Skills for customer feedback and issue resolutionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in the financial services industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
