Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Relations Executive located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves addressing customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing client relationships effectively. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with service-related issues, handling client feedback to deliver improvements, and supporting customer-centric initiatives within the organization. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.Client Relations and Customer Service expertise, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and resolving customer concerns.Excellent Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions across various customer touchpoints.Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring quality service delivery.Additional assets include fluency in multiple languages, experience in the automotive or service industry, and a customer-centric mindset.
