After a successful 2025, The Property Expert Group is looking for a Customer Relations Manager / Call Handler to join our growing team.This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a client-focused environment.You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and clients - ensuring every interaction is warm, helpful, and professional.In addition, the role offers somewhat flexible hours to suit your schedule.About the RoleWe’re seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive professional to manage incoming enquiries, support clients throughout their property journey, and ensure our communication standards remain exceptional.You’ll be asked to play a key role in keeping the team informed, clients updated, and operations running smoothly.TasksEnquiry Handling, Client Communication & Front-Line SupportHandle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online enquiriesMake outbound calls to clients for updates, confirmations, and follow-upsAccurately log and update client information in our CRMProvide clear, friendly advice to clients across multiple communication channelsCustomer Service ManagementEnsure all client interactions are responded to promptly and professionallyMaintain our high standardsSupport sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants with updates and informationResolve minor issues independently and escalate complex matters when necessaryPrepare follow-up messages, appointment notes, and status updates for internal useRequirementsExperience in customer service, call handling, or a similar client-focused roleWarm, confident communicator with excellent phone mannerHighly organised with strong attention to detailTech-comfortable (CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, task management tools)Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and from home when requiredSomeone who genuinely enjoys helping peopleIdeally a driver - to be able to cover a small number of physical meetingsBenefitsA somewhat flexible part-time roleSupportive, friendly team cultureCompetitive pay and commission structureYour own work mobile (if necessary)Training on our systems and processesOpportunity to grow within a modern, quality-driven estate agency
