Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations professional, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Customer Relations role involves managing day-to-day customer interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing support and service to customers, and addressing inquiries and issues in a timely manner. The role also encompasses effective communication with customers and internal teams to enhance overall customer experiences. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Retention and Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skillsProficient in Customer Support and Customer ServiceAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with customersProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situationsFamiliarity with CRM software is a plusRelevant experience in customer relations or a related fieldBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
