Position: Senior CRM Transformation Leader Location: Remote Duration: Continuous contract (6-12 months) with possible extensions Pay Rate: Will be determined based on individuals' qualifications and experience Start Date: ASAP Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K options available Role Overview:One of Insight Global's global healthcare staffing clients is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Transformation Leader to join their team. This individual will drive large-scale customer relationship management (CRM) change programs, blending technology, strategy, and organizational leadership tactics to modernize customer engagement. This role is involved with digital transformation, change management, and executive leadership.Must Haves:-Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems preferred.-Professional Certifications: CRM-specific certifications, PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or related.-10-15+ years of experience in CRM implementation/migration projects. -Salesforce integration expertise.-Experience designing CRM roadmaps aligned with business goals.-Ability to interpret customer data, track KPIs, and measure ROI.-Strong ability to present findings to executive leadership teams.-Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Plusses:-MBA-Background in healthcare or staffing industry.-Salesforce Certified Consultant or Architect.-ATS / Bullhorn experience.Day to Day:-Define/redefine CRM transformation roadmap.-Align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives (sales growth, customer retention, digital adoption).-Meet with executives to ensure strategies support revenue and customer experience targets.-Lead CRM migration, integration, and automation.-Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.-Resolve escalations and provide action-oriented solutions.-Ensure CRM dashboards and reports provide actionable insights.-Track user adoption metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
