Role OverviewThe CRM Specialist will execute and optimize lifecycle campaigns using CleverTap across Push, In-App, Email, and WhatsApp. This role requires strong hands-on ability in campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting, along with the ability to design experiments, improve funnels, and manage CRM hygieneResponsibilities:Campaign Execution & Journey ManagementBuild and launch multi-channel campaigns in CleverTap (Push, In-App, Email, WhatsApp).Set up journeys, triggers, and dynamic content; ensure all campaigns pass QA checklists before launch.Manage segmentation (event-based, cohort, behavioral, and value tiers) for targeted communications.Execute A/B tests and incrementality reads; document hypotheses, results, and learnings.Work with Growth, Product, Brand, Creative, Revenue, and Data teams to ensure effective communication strategies.Partner with Product teams to maintain event/property hygiene and implement automation (including AI-driven agentic flows to streamline CRM processes).Reporting & InsightsPublish weekly dashboards and performance updates to stakeholders.Own and monitor CRM KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Continuous ImprovementStay current on lifecycle marketing best practices across acquisition, engagement, and retention.Proactively propose and test new CRM approaches to enhance user experience and drive growth.Requirements:Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as CleverTapIntensive experience in building customer journeys, strategies, and schemas in CleverTap is a must.Proficiency in digital analytics, campaign tracking, ROI metrics, and strong Excel skills.Capable of setting and achieving goals, meeting deadlines, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.Proven ability to set up robust operations and implement marketing plans effectively.Solid experience with A/B testing and complex communication testing.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a balance of detail-oriented and swift execution.Passionate about continuous improvement, creative, and a self-starter.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.CRM certification or related professional certification.Work Environment DetailsAttractive compensation package - competitive salary, flexible bonus scheme.
