Job Description
Customer Relationship Management Manage and maintain the client database to ensure accurate and updated records. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.Event Engagement Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing and outreach events (e.g., health talks, wellness fairs, promotional activities). Represent Ma Kuang TCM at events and engage with participants to promote services and build brand awareness. Support post-event reporting and follow-up with potential clients.Clinic Operations Support Assist front desk or clinic staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with clinic teams to align client appointments and service schedules. Provide administrative support where necessary (e.g., report preparation, client communication).Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinic teams to ensure consistent service quality. Prepare regular customer relationship management and engagement reports to track performance and client feedback.
