CarOnSale is looking for a dedicated Customer Representative - Logistics: Italy & Spain (m/f/d) to be based with our team in Berlin.Your task:Oversee vehicle processing on our platformYou act as the primary point of contact for our customers for questions relating to document shippingManage stand fees, reminders and transport bookingsCoordinate and send reminders for self-collectionIdentify opportunities for process optimization and develop solutions to enhance customer experienceYour profile:Business Fluent to Native Level (C1 or C2) in Italian and Spanish (min. B1) and proficiency in English are a requirement (German is a plus)You are independent, entrepreneurial, problem-solving orientated and data-drivenYou have a strong social and empathetic thinking and excellent communication skillsYou have already gained some experience in working with CRM systems to process customer enquiries (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshdesk)Ideally you have experiences in processing in the automotive industry (e.g. car dealership or auction platform) You are located in BerlinWhy us?CarOnSale a start-up in the heart of Berlin.
