Our product range includes premium quality unstitched, ready-to-wear, and tailored clothing, covering lawn, festive, formal, and bespoke bridal categories.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team and work closely with our Store Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in engaging with customers both in-person and online, nurturing leads, and driving sales for our women’s clothing brand.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers onsite with product inquiries, styling suggestions, and purchases.Manage social media postings, respond to customer queries, and engage with followers.Handle local and international leads through WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media.Build strong customer relationships, nurture leads, and convert them into successful sales.Stay up to date with Pakistani women’s clothing trends and brand positioning.Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on pending customer orders.Requirements:Fluency in English (spoken and written).Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in women’s clothing/retail.Knowledge of popular Pakistani women’s clothing brands and fashion trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage both in-store and online customer interactions.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a growing fashion retail environment.Hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and social media management.If you are enthusiastic about fashion, love engaging with people, and have a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you!
