The role blends online bookings, accurate shipping documentation, and proactive communication with customers, carriers, and suppliers.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage online bookings; follow up on status, cut-offs, and exceptions.Prepare and verify shipping documents.Provide clear timely information to customers.Coordinate daily with carriers/warehouses/suppliers to secure capacity and on-time execution.Track & trace shipments; flag risks early and follow through to closure.Maintain system records.Support general office coordination (scheduling, supplies, records).RequirementsStrong MS Office Workspace skills; excellent email/Excel discipline.Very good English (written & spoken).Organized and customer-focused.Experience in customer service or operations is a plus.Nice to haveBackground in transport/logistics or freight forwarding.Additional languages ​​​​(eg, Greek, German).What we offerExcellent working environment with a young, friendly team.Professional development and real growth opportunities.Supplementary health insurance.Competitive package with performance recognition.Modern tools and clear processes.
