Role Description This full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent requires a fluent C1-level English speaker and is based in Qesm El Maadi. The agent will handle customer inquiries, deliver exceptional service, resolve customer concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining a positive customer experience, addressing feedback, and working closely with the team to meet customer service KPIs.
