Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent based in Alexandria. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing seamless support in alignment with client standards. The role includes managing interactions across various communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExperience in improving Customer Experience and building strong client relationshipsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle diverse customer inquiries effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, or Italian is a plusAbility to work on-site in a dynamic, multilingual environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and other customer service platforms; experience with AI-driven solutions is advantageousBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
