You'll be part of the local frontline team that ensures our passengers have a smooth, friendly and professional travel experience.As a Customer Service Agent at Flix, you can make an impact by creating smooth, personalized travel experiences for our passengers at Europe’s busiest bus station. You’ll be the face of Flix in Paris Bercy, helping travelers, managing departures, and promoting our green mobility mission.About The RoleThis is a seasonal full-time position starting as soon as possible and limited until January 4, 2026Support passengers with tailored travel options and promote FlixBus products and servicesWelcome and guide travelers at Paris Bercy bus stationCoordinate coach departures and arrivals in close collaboration with drivers and operationsMonitor and report service-impacting issues (e.g. delays, competitor activity, security)Manage ticket sales and refunds, including cash desk responsibilitiesActively respond to disruptions and assist passengers on-siteUse digital tools (apps, tablets) to ensure operational efficiency and passenger supportAbout YouNo formal education required; experience and customer passion matter mostIdeally, 1+ year of experience in hospitality, transport, tourism, or customer-facing rolesFluent in English (French also required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable using digital tools and handling on-site tasksResilient under pressure, service-oriented, flexible, team playerExperience in sales or cash handling is a plusWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
