Customer Service Associate(s)Location: Santa Isabel (location is non-negotiable)Accenture is currently seeking Customer Service Associates with a customer service, supply chain, and/or purchasing background to include experience with quotes, returns and/or SAP administrative support.Responsibilities will include:Manage the end-to-end processes and ensure high quality deliverablesCollaborate and coordinate with the stakeholders to gather necessary informationServe as a central point of contact for inquiries and updatesTrack deadlines and ensure timely submissionReview documents for compliance with requirements and standardsMaintain accurate records of transactions, return merchandise authorization (RMA) and proposals tracking with vendors.Complete tasks within SAP related to system assignments and part schedulingJob RequirementsMust be a US CitizenBasic QualificationsMinimum of 1-year of Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Buyer experienceMinimum of 1-year experience with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsBasic understanding of inventory managementFamiliarity with return management systemsMicrosoft office experience to include Excel and WordExperience in the A&D industryProfessional QualificationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues and vendors disputes effectivelyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks simultaneouslyCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
