Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented and bilingual individual (English/Thai) to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will assist customers through multiple communication channels, including calls, chats, emails, and social media platforms. While providing exceptional customer service is your primary focus, you will also have the opportunity to identify and close sales as a secondary responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Provide outstanding assistance to customers in both English and Thai via phone, live chat, emails, and social media platforms. Address customer queries, concerns, and requests in a timely, professional manner.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently, maintaining service excellence, and meeting performance goals and KPIs.Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer issues or escalate as needed, ensuring swift resolutions and positive customer experiences.Sales Opportunities: Identify and act on potential sales opportunities during customer interactions.
