Role SummaryAs a CSA in Fashion & Lifestyle, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting with product selection, and supporting store operations. Your role is key in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brands style and values.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries, styling suggestions, and purchasesProvide detailed information on product features, sizing, pricing, and promotionsProcess transactions efficiently using POS systems, including returns and exchangesMaintain store cleanliness, merchandise organization, and visual appealSupport inventory management, restocking, and product taggingCollaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfactionStay updated on fashion trends and new arrivals to guide customers effectivelyHandle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathySkills & QualificationsEducation: Minimum 10+2; Diploma or Bachelor's in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferredExperience: 12 years in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle segmentsSkills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused attitude with a flair for fashionBasic proficiency in POS systems and retail operationsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a proactive mindsetWork Schedule6 days a weekWeekly off: One day between Monday to FridayWorking days: Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
