Apply now: hr@choosebalkans.com Customer Service/ Front Desk Receptionist Job DescriptionThe position requires a Bachelor and/or Master Degree and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. The candidate should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within tourism field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.Tasks: · Generate sales leads of company’s products and services· Meet personal/team sales targets · Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies· Handle customer requests and complaints via phone, email, mail or social media within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution· Assist with bookings and reservation, refunds, or exchanges· Inform customer of deals and promotions· Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication· Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered· Compile reports on overall customer satisfactionRequirements: · Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, Master is an advantage· Proven customer support experience· Strong and excellent communication skills in active listening· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively· Negotiation, Positive Attitude and Problem Solving· Attention to Detail· Organizational Skills and Adaptability· Ability to Work Under Pressure· Computer Skills Interested candidates should apply by sending an email to hr@choosebalkans.com We will be glad to interview all candidates selected from the CV screening.
