Customer Service Consultant

RAC is one of WA's most iconic and trusted brands dedicated to supporting over 1.4 million members with their enquiries and providing the most value for their membership!We are currently on the lookout for experienced customer service and sales consultants to join our inbound call centre teams in Joondalup and West Perth to support current and potential members with motor insurance products and roadside assistance services.This full-time opportunity will consist of an average of 37.5 hours per week, scheduled on a rotational roster that starts after the 5-8 week training period.
