For more information, visit www.griffithfoods.com.We are seeking a customer centric and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Herentals .This role is important to ensuring seamless coordination activities while delivering exceptional service to our customers in the North and East European region.Customer ServiceServe as the primary point of contact for customers North and East European region , addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfactionChecking which processes may be improved to improve serviceRegularly check the service level of your accountsOrder FulfillmentManage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including item setup, order entry , returns, and credit notes.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting, customer inventory controlDaily monitoring the required shipping dates in ordersFollow procedures relating to inventory control to avoid dumpsShipping Monitor shipment progress and proactively address delays or disruptions.Checking delivery issuesCollaborationWork closely with internal departments, including Supply Chain, Sales, Quality and Production, to align customer service operations with overall business goals.Support cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.Functional KnowledgeEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.Experience: 1+ years in import/export role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
