Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Qesm El Doki. The Customer Service Executive will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The role also involves supporting management in maintaining customer service standards and contributing to process improvements.
