Ability to co-ordinate with various stakeholders during entire lifecycle of the order. In-depth understanding of telecom standards and protocols. Exposure of working in multi-vendor, multi-platform eco-system. Good understanding on voice network. Understanding of Number Portability. Login to Voice network elements like Oracle SBC, Ribbon SBC, DMS and C20 Switches and Trunk group and routing configurations verifications. Experience in configuration and provisioning of enterprise voice services like ISDN PRI, SIP PRI. Must have experience in Routing and Switching with firm hold on protocols. SIP protocol for Voice. Must have good communication skill. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and good knowledge in documentations.
