Position Opening: Customer Service Executive - Lead Generation - Freight DispatchExperience Level: 2-4 yearsVacancy Available: 2Job Location: Annapurna chowk, Banasthali, Kathmandu, Nepal, 44600Requirement : * MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE *Working Hour:Working hours will be ** Night Shift for Nepal 9 PM to 5 AM ** ( US Time Zone Shift )Work from Office We are looking for a Customer Service Executive - Lead Generation - Freight Dispatch for our client which is a US-based Logistics-Tech Company in California. You are responsible for making sure that the shipping process for the customer is seamless and smooth from the booking of the shipment through ‘’the Client’s Freight applications’’ until the shipment is delivered. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. Job Description & Responsibilities:Customer Service: Communicate with customers through live chat, phone and email. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability. Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.Data Entry: Data entry in various platforms. Keep records of customer interactions, and customer information and make sure these are logged within our CRM.Monitoring Shipments: Checking to see the status of the shipments, following up with the carriers and sending customers updates.Lead Generation: Generate sales leads through cold calling, referrals received, etc.Account Management: Manage and work with assigned accounts and build relationships to generate additional revenue streams/shipments.Report Generation: Ability to prepare various reports on assigned and related tasks. Lead Generation :Research, track, maintain, and update leads using multiple sources(online databases, LinkedIn, Social media, etc.)Make outgoing calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.Qualify inbound and outbound leads and nature them through the sales funnel.Conduct direct email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects.Manage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.Conduct customer and market research to identify potential growth areas.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.Support SEO and content marketing efforts to drive inbound leads.Execute social media lead generation campaigns to attract targeted audiences.Perform data analysis and reporting to measure lead generation performance and ROI.Provide accurate and timely updates to management on pipeline progress.Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to support the sales process.Skills and Attributes Required :Good English Communication skills(Verbal and Written)Experience in cold calling and prospecting.Strong research skills with experience maintaining databases.Hands-on experience with CRM tools(HubSpot, salesforce or similar)Strong project management and time management abilities.General:Knowledge sharing and if needed providing training to new recruits or within the team Able to work independently and at the same time able to work with collaborative team settingsIdentify, address and participate in solving problems for the growth of self, colleagues and the company’s business.Work with cross-functionalities as per the company’s way of working (WoW) policy with the utmost professionalismComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while adapting to new processes and technologies.Work and deliver your services with professional ethicsWork under the supervision of the senior whenever needed.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any/related specialization2-4 years of experience in a Customer Support Call Center for a multinational company Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Excellent English communication skills Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize assigned tasks and work in collaborative team settingsProficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Meet, Google Docs) and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with CRM systemsFamiliarity with the shipping and logistics industry is a plusCompensation: We offer a competitive compensation package which includes performance-based bonuses.If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to us at hrmarketmavens@gmail.com, and please share it with your professional network.
