Join us, and get better with every move.We have a fixed term contract opportunity for 12 months in our Corporate Driver team based in Slough.Salary will be £24,297 per annum for this role.Purpose of roleProvide clear and accurate service and support to our customers Manage customer queries and requests through both email and telephone calls to a successful and timely resolution Deliver a professional and engaging ‘front of house’ service to our customers and external contacts Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and emails from drivers and fleet contactsResolve all issues by telephone as far as possible and maintain personal ownership for cases and provide resolutionBuild and maintain relationships on weekly calls with key client stakeholders such as fleet managers / heads of benefits , managing in-life queries of client's fleetProvide timely and accurate information to our customers to minimise queries and complaintsDeliver client specific tasks and processes within agreed SLAsUtilise all tools & systems provided by Ayvens and suppliersBuild rapport and confidence within our customer baseSkills, Experience & Background Educated to A-level standard or equivalent Excellent command of spoken English to enable telephone communication with customers Good command written English to enable email communication with customers Customer facing experience Ability to deal calmly and professionally with customers on the telephone Strong work ethic Ability to show empathy and support to customers Resilience What We Can OfferGenerous contributory pension scheme 25 days holiday, in addition to bank holidays Volunteering days to assist in charity workSustainability Initiatives Holiday buy / sell (subject to conditions)Generous Employee Referral Scheme (£1000)Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply for an opportunity unless they exactly meet the criteria specified.
