Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Intern located in Kathmandu. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The intern will be expected to manage phone calls, assist with problem-solving, and enhance the overall customer experience through excellent service and support.
