Precision Communication Technology has a successful call center market presence and provides product applications across multiple industries, including customer service, finance and insurance, and telemarketing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Management Trainee (Team Leader Track) located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Management Trainee will oversee day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer support. The role includes analyzing customer feedback, and communicating effectively with both team members and customers. The role involves training and mentoring junior staff to ensure an efficient and high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:Participate in a structured training program to understand customer service operations, performance management, and leadership processes.Support Team Leaders and Level 2 (L2) staff in achieving service targets and meeting client expectations.Learn to monitor team productivity, call quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.Assist in scheduling, handling customer escalations, and ensuring smooth daily operations.Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency and enhance the customer experience.Demonstrate leadership potential through proactive problem-solving and team support.Prepare regular reports and performance updates for management review.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.Proficient in English (both written and spoken).Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Passion for customer service and leadership development.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work under supervision and progress toward a leadership role.
