Own Salesforce Rollout: Drive setup, customization, integration, and training for Service Cloud. Supercharge Workflows: Build AI-powered tools (chatbots, guided responses, automations) to boost efficiency. Run Special Projects: Oversee B2B orders (embroidery, corporate gifting) & VIP clienteling programs.
