Job Description:Handle customer inquiries, ensure timely deliveries & understand customer expectationCommunicate, Oversee the activities of bookings from customer or networks.Coordinate with local agent/ overseas related to export, import and forwarding activities.Responsible for preparing & checking documents and reports on export-import activities to customers.Establish and maintain relationship with customersTimely updates on shipment status, delays, or changes in delivery schedules to customersResolves service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of problem, selecting export and import services and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution.Ensure and monitor for the file closing after job done.Requirements:Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experienceAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workStrong communication skills, Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in EnglishNegotiation, Diplomacy & Excellent team working skillsStrong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power PointGoal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasksSupply Chain, International freight forwarding, Customs clearance understanding business process understanding
