The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include managing customer communications, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience by meeting and exceeding service standards.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Service and Customer SupportStrong focus on Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer ExperienceExceptional Interpersonal Skills for building and maintaining positive client relationshipsAbility to effectively handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaintsStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingPrevious experience in a customer-facing role is an advantageProficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferredSalary Bracket 35 to 45
