Celebrity Fitness and Fitness First Asia merged under Evolution Wellness in 2017, creating one of the largest fitness networks in Asia. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Officer located in Petaling Jaya. The Customer Service Officer will engage with members, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include managing feedback, supporting operational needs, and delivering exceptional service to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive and professional approach to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members. Qualifications Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills with a passion for helping people.Proven ability to ensure member satisfaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to build rapport with diverse members and colleagues.Proactive and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable handling member collections, reactivation, and retention calls in a professional and persuasive manner.Willingness to participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and upskilling programs to enhance service standards.Open to feedback and continuous improvement to align with company values and front-of-house excellence.Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.Availability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, mornings, and evenings.Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in a related field is advantageous.
