With over 2,500 stores in 360+ cities across China, the US, Canada, the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia and more, it’s the world’s largest pickled fish chain.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Director (F&B) to oversee and strategically manage purchasing operations for three of our major restaurant brands in Southeast Asia. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and will lead supplier management, sourcing strategy, contract execution, and cost control to ensure supply stability and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee procurement operations for three in-house restaurant brands; manage bulk purchasing and tendering processes.Build and manage supplier relationships; ensure key raw materials have at least two qualified suppliers to maintain stable supply, quality, and pricing.Develop sourcing channels for all brands and ensure competitive procurement costs.Review procurement contracts and facilitate efficient cross-departmental coordination.Establish, optimize, execute, and monitor departmental processes and policies to ensure efficiency, scientific decision-making, and alignment with business development.Lead, train, and evaluate procurement teams; ensure timely completion of tasks and assume responsibility for departmental performance.Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Director to support overall supply chain operations.Take ownership of all assigned procurement functions and business outcomes.Deliver weekly and monthly work plans with high quality and efficiency.QualificationsAssociate degree or above; 10+ years of procurement management experience, including 3+ years in the F&B industry.Strong business negotiation skills; proven success in price negotiation and strong supplier network.Deep understanding of product brands, features, and pricing; strong knowledge of restaurant procurement, material cost control, and market trends.Strong logical thinking, interpersonal communication, and negotiation abilities.Knowledge of logistics and financial management; proficient in MS Office, OA systems, and procurement platforms.High level of integrity, strong leadership, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.Fluent in Mandarin and English.Why Join UsLead procurement for fast-growing F&B brandsStrong career development and regional exposureCompetitive compensation packageCollaborative and dynamic multinational culture📩 How to ApplyPlease submit your resume via LinkedIn or email(ivy.guo@hiredchina.com).We look forward to hearing from you!
