To work with passionate people who impact lives through the stories they tell.About the RoleWe seek highly motivated individuals who are keen to pursue a career in contact centre customer service to join our Customer Service Team.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAttend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issuesGuide subscribers on digital publicationsHandle email correspondencesManage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutionsAble to interact with customers on digital support channels in a professional and timely mannerWorking hoursMonday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm. Overtime may be required on weekdays during the subscription drive.Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8am to 12.30pm (approximately 3 times in 8 weeks).RequirementsSkillsStrong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to converse in Mandarin with our Chinese speaking subscribersAbility to work under pressure and in a fast paced environmentFamiliar with social media channels and platforms (such as Facebook, WhatsApp, chat bots)Tech savvy, creative thinking and resilientCompetencies & Personality TraitsCollaborative team player with a positive attitudeHighly empathetic with a problem-solving mindsetPassionate about customer serviceQualifications / ExperienceDiploma with one year of customer service experience preferably in a contact centre environment
