As part of our expansion plans, we're seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join our growing team!In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our sales team by:Backend Support: Providing exceptional backend supportCustomer Relationship Management: Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and electronic communicationsOrder Processing: Processing customer orders efficientlyOrder Notification: Expediting orders and keeping customers updated on shipmentsOrder Management: Managing open orders and ensuring they meet customer requirementsCustomer Assistance: Advising customers on upcoming schedules, shipments, and discrepanciesFollow-up: Following up on critical orders to guarantee on-time deliverySamples: Handling sample requestsLogistics: coordinating with customer and logistic department for shippingAdministration: Maintaining general filing systemsFeedback: Contributing to scorecard management (as required)Experience: Has 1-4 years of experience in customer service(Entry-Level candidates are welcome!)Industry Experience: Ideally has experience in the electronics industry. Others industry with positive attitude are welcome.Skills: Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese suppliersProficiencies: Is proficient in using PCs and Microsoft Office applicationsGrowth Mindset: Is eager to learn and grow with the support of a team and dedicated supervisorAmbition: Is passionate about career advancement
