Customer Service Representative – Account ManagementKey Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for tenants, property owners, property managers, and maintenance coordinators regarding maintenance requests and work orders. Track and manage work orders using property management platforms. Coordinate with contractors and maintenance/network staff to ensure timely completion of jobs. Communicate with all stakeholders regarding scheduling, updates, and follow-ups on maintenance concerns. Review vendor invoices and ensure accuracy before submission for payment through the customer portal. Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and communications. Monitor open tickets to ensure service standards and timelines are met. Provide regular status updates to tenants, property owners, property managers, and maintenance coordinators. Assist with vendor onboarding and maintain strong vendor relationships. RequirementsQualifications:Previous experience in property management, facilities coordination, landscaping maintenance administration, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with property management and maintenance coordination software is a plus.
