This maternity contract is your chance to step into a role that's as fast-paced as it is rewarding.What You'll DoBe the first point of contact for the Barbershops, Salons, e-commerce clients, and other customers—by phone, and emailProcess sales orders, help drive sales, and manage returns, deliveries, and courier/warranty claims efficiently and accuratelyPerform data entry and administrative tasks in Word, Excel, and other systemsSupport the Purchasing, eCommerce and Distribution teams with daily operationsThink quickly on your feet, solve problems, and keep things moving smoothlyContribute to a positive, collaborative, and fun team cultureWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of administrative experienceStrong computer skills—proficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with an inventory ERP system and POS systemsExcellent communicator—both verbal and writtenConfident and personable—comfortable handling calls, including cold callsQuick thinker and problem solver—adaptable in a dynamic environmentReliable and responsible—someone who takes ownership and gets the job doneEnergetic team player—your personality complements a high-performing, collaborative teamScheduleMonday to Friday, in-office, 7am-4pmIf you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, apply today with your resume and cover letter.
